Refund and Return Policy.

Welcome to Poshakzilla ,

• The total time of Return of the Purchased Product is 7 days .
• To make a Return Go to your dashboard – select order – click View tab and then click refund .
• Upload a Clear Picture of the Product.
• Once the item is receive the Poshakzilla will investigate the case , the processing time may take 15 days respectively .

How to initiate the Product Return.

• To initiate the Product return it must include all the original Tags , manuals, warranty cards and Gift items (if any).
• Pack it in the original and undamaged manufacturer packing .
• It is important to attach an order invoice on the Box.
• Get a copy of bill receipt once return and get it sign from our rider .

Non- Refundable items

Electronics , Cosmetics , Perfumes , Toys , undergarments are non-refundable items .
